I like this character sketch of Holden’s feelings. It shows how Holden has self-destructive behaviors, although he is able to view his behavior as laughable. it makes me understand how Holden is feeling in a different way.

skippy link is interesting; it kinda makes you think about the author and is this a real life story. I wonder if Holden Claufield is really just a image that the Author is trying to portrya as himself ??

I like this book it keeps my attention :]

This link tells you that J.D. Salinger based some of the experiences that Holden had to go through on some on some of the experiences he had to go through. It also tells you how he flunched classes as well. I like the fact that he put real life situations that he had to go through in the story. I’m interested now.

Through this link, it talks about the differnt feelings of Holden. It beings with his perception of the world. It exclaims his attitude through his feelings. He is a very emotional person and has a lot to say. He is what others would call angry youth. Holden only sses the evil.

I found this song by the Screeching Weasels called i wrote holden caulfield lyrics for me the lyrics kind of represents this guy telling this girl to basically get over her self and stop whining and whats in the past is the past. So to me it seems like she might have done something wrong and she regrets it now. But i still haven’t figured out what Holden Caulifield has to do with the song?
